LEWDNESS: TERMS OF SERVICE

  • DMCA & Takedowns: Lewdness acts as a secondary marketplace for archived media. If you are a creator and wish to discuss a listing, please contact our "Takedown" department with proof of identity.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Adult Content: By entering this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal right to view adult material.
  • Verification: Lewdness reserves the right to use third-party age verification services to ensure compliance with local and international laws.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

  • Breach of Terms: Any Customer found to be "leaking the leaks" (re-distributing our packs) or attempting to file fraudulent chargebacks will have their account permanently banned and their IP blacklisted from all partner stores.
